Get half-off admission in February at Kentucky Peerless Distilling, Frazier History Museum, and others on Louisville’s Museum Row on Main Street

By Brian G. Miller

Whiskey enthusiasts from Kentucky and Indiana can get half-price adult admission to two great bourbon spots on Louisville’s Museum Row on Main Street until the end of February. Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company and the Frazier History Museum, the official welcome center of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail are participating in the special promotion. Lousiville Slugger Museum & Factory and the Muhammad Ali Center are also offering this half-off discount through Feb. 29.

To get the price reduction, you need to mention the “Fifty Percent Off February” promotion and at least one person in the group needs to show proof of residency in Kentucky or Indiana.

From the Louisville Tourism news release: “At Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company, guests will experience a behind-the-scenes tour at the state-of-the-art distillery. Guests will see the process from grain to bottle all under one roof. Starting with the family history dating back to the first generation in 1889, and finishing with a tasting of Peerless hand-selected Single Barrel whiskeys. Peerless’s tours are offered Monday through Saturday at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30, and 3:30, with two additional tours at 4:30 and 5:30 on Thursdays and Fridays. To reserve your experience, call (502) 566-4999 and mention the February discount.”

“At the Frazier History Museum, visitors can take in a variety of performances and exhibitions, including Celebrating the Sounds of Kentucky, Sept. 2019 – Sept. 2020, a temporary exhibit on Kentucky music featuring artifacts from Jim James, Loretta Lynn, and other artists from Kentucky; The Lewis & Clark Experience, a one-of-a-kind, semi-permanent exhibit that recreates Lewis & Clark’s famous 1804 trek across what is now the northwestern United States; and The Spirit of Kentucky®, a sprawling permanent exhibit that explores the history, craft, and culture of Kentucky Bourbon.”
